Standard delivery is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm. We endeavor to deliver most stock items within 10 working days. Delivery of products that are not in stock usually takes three to four weeks. You will be informed within 48hrs of placing your order if there is any delay in your delivery.
Delivery timescales vary depending also on product stock availability and lead times from our suppliers. The lead times quoted on our site are based on information provided by our suppliers and logistics team. We regularly check with suppliers to ensure that timescales are realistic, as speed or service is of great importance to us. Occasionally we are unaware of variations in lead times, until orders are confirmed by our suppliers, once we become aware of any change we will advise you by email or telephone immediately. Our customer service team are constantly working behind the scence to check stock availability and to ensure your order is progressing efficiently.
Please ensure that the product you choose will fit the area in which you intend to put it. We will not be responsible for deliveries that cannot fit. Please ensure that we will have adequate access to your home so that a large delivery truck can drop off your delivery.
The delivery team will deliver your purchase into the room of your choice, whether upstairs or downstairs, and whether it be in a house, apartment, a block of flats or sheltered accommodation. Our delivery team will happily unpack and assemble your bed for a small extra charge on request when placing your order. All direct delivery orders to locations outside our catchment area must be self assembly, as the 3rd party courier is only authorised to take your product to the room of choice.
On request when ordering your new bed, we are happy to take away your old bed, frame and/or mattress. There is a fixed 60 EURO charge. All old beds that we remove are recycled.
Our lead times are just the expected delivery timescales of the brands we deal with and we like to overestimate these rather than underestimate to ensure we don't let our customers down.
